Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively golden yellow colour, good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination, the range of its aromas is wide and intense. It opens with floral notes of broom and jasmine accompanied by intense aromas of ripening fruit such as plum, ripened white-fleshed peach and citrus jelly. The olfactory range is completed by hints of cardamom, notes of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a finish with a hint of iodine.
The sip is fresh, broad and very pleasant. Good olfactory taste persistence, with a fruity aftertaste with a delicate note of toasted almond.
A balanced sample, its harmony is confirmed in the mouth.
