Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red coat with purple highlights, consistent.
The olfactory profile is complex, intense and of fine quality. The examination opens with delicate floral notes, which are followed by intense and enveloping aromas of dark berries such as blackberry, currant and black cherry. The olfactory bouquet is completed by addictive hints of Mediterranean scrub, cigar box and hints of freshly ground black peppercorns.
The sip is opulent, soft while providing an important, well-smoothed tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence, which gives an evident note of ripe black cherry.
Ideal for traditional Sardinian meat dishes.
