Wine: El Chaval
Variety composition: 100% Bobal.
Denomination: D.O. Valencia.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, red tending to purple in colour, consistent.
The nose is very intense, with an overall broad and good quality olfactory profile. A light note of fresh red flowers opens, supplanted by an intense fruity scent: blackberry, currant, hard cherries and wild strawberries are the main aromas. Followed by hints of Mediterranean herbs, a light note of cardamom.
The sip is important, supported by a tannic texture that is not yet perfectly smooth. A sense of sweetness remains in the mouth, due to the aftertaste of ripe fruit.
A wine to pair with traditional Iberian meat dishes.
