Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a brilliant ruby red colour, consistent.
Upon olfactory examination, the range of aromas is wide and intense. It opens with hints of dog rose, surrounded by notes of red berry fruit embellished with hints of spices and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is well balanced in its components, with a tannic texture that is never intrusive and silky. Good taste-olfactory persistence which makes the sip very pleasant.
A sample which, due to its organoleptic properties, goes perfectly with refined dishes based on white truffles.
