Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red coat enriched by evident purple highlights, with good consistency.
On the nose it gives a varied and intense bouquet of aromas. It opens with hints of dog rose and violets, followed by fruity notes of cherry jam, blackberry and currant. The range of scents is enriched by aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices and a balsamic nuance.
In the mouth it is well balanced, acidity and flavor supported by a velvety tannic texture offering the taster an elegant and pleasant sip. Persistent with an important aftertaste of blood orange and liquorice.
