Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense, consistent ruby red color.
On the nose it presents a broad and good-intensity scent of aromas. The fruity component dominates the sense of smell with intense hints of small red and dark berries. Followed by aromas of licorice root, freshly ground black pepper and sweet tobacco, embellished with pleasant notes of cocoa powder and coffee powder.
The sip is important, with perfectly smooth and velvety tannins. Excellent taste-olfactory persistence of ripe fruit.
