Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright carmine red coat with light garnet highlights, with good consistency.
On the nose it offers a range of complex and quality aromas. The floral notes are followed by aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and dried plum. The examination is completed by aromas of freshly ground black pepper, coffee powder and then closing with a delicate balsamic nuance.
The sip is important, well balanced in its parts. The tannic component is well integrated, linear and silky. The finish, fruity and spicy, is almost infinite.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
