Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow texture, good consistency.
On the nose it releases the scent of its aromatic and fruity scents. It opens with notes of chamomile and hawthorn flowers, intertwined with addictive scents of Lebanese cedar and citrus fruits. The tasting is completed by clear hints of herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and at the end a delicate nuance of conifer resin.
On the palate, the sip is very fresh. Good olfactory taste persistence which recalls perfectly balanced citrus scents.
A wine that strikes for its freshness and elegance.
