Written by Piero Pardini

Denomination: Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 18° – 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident purple reflections, with good consistency.
With a fairly complex, intense and fine quality olfactory range. It opens with floral hints of wild violet, wisteria and geranium followed by an intense fruity scent of small red berries: blueberry, blackberry and durum cherry. The olfactory range is completed by a light hint of slate and an intriguing balsamic note.
The sip is important, supported by a good tannic texture. Vibrant in flavour, with a persistent aftertaste of blood orange and notes of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The extraordinary flavor sent to repeat the sip.
