Tasting Notes
Limpido, with an impenetrable ruby red colour, consistent.
Upon olfactory examination it is a riot of complex and intense aromas of fine quality. It opens with floral hints, immediately enveloped by hints of dark berry fruit: currant, blackberry, blueberry, but also a delicate note of plum jam. The bouquet is completed by scents of Mediterranean scrub herbs, sweet and spicy spices, with a delicate nuance of liquorice root.
In the mouth it is well balanced, supported by freshness and acidity which give elegance and pleasantness to the taste. Good persistent aromatic taste of ripe fruit almost jam-like.
