Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense, almost impenetrable, consistent ruby red coat.
The olfactory bouquet is broad, complex and of quality. It opens with floral notes that intertwine with hints of small red berries and cherries in alcohol. The examination is completed by hints of toasted dried fruit, almond first and foremost, but also hazelnut from Piedmont, hints of sweet spices with a dark chocolate stick finish,
Opulent sip, with an important and silky tannin, supported by an important flavor, which gives elegance. Good olfactory taste persistence of fruit jam and vanilla.
