Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a shining straw yellow color embellished with light golden textures, quite consistent.
On the nose it is an authentic effluvia of intense and complex hints of fine quality. The aromas are elegant and open with floral notes of chamomile and broom which are intertwined with notes of yellow fruit reminiscent of the tropics and citrus fruits. The olfactory range is completed by hints of medicinal herbs and a nuance of flint.
The sip is rich, perfectly balanced in its parts, freshness and acidity give pleasure and elegance, supported by an intense and persistent aftertaste of fruit and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
