Tasting Notes
Brilliant, moderately golden straw yellow in colour, with an elegant and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with the typical hints of the vine. Aromas of fresh flowers, embellished with notes of yellow fruit and hints of candied citrus fruits. Delicate nuances of sweet spices and toasted Piedmont hazelnuts complete the olfactory range.
The taste is pleasant. Freshness and flavor corroborated by a good taste-olfactory persistence, give the palate pleasure and elegance.
