Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red color with light purple highlights, with good consistency.
Its olfactory bouquet is broad and very intense. It ranges from floral to fruity with hints of geranium and then turns towards hints of blackberry, hard cherry and plum. The examination is completed by hints of balsamic herbs, notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla and a delicate nuance of freshly ground pepper.
The sip is important, enveloping, and rich in flavour. Freshness and flavor invite you to repeat the sip, corroborated by a smooth and silky tannin. Good aromatic taste persistence.
