Amato 2019 – Vignamato

Amato 2019 - Vignamato
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Amato
Variety composition: 100% Verdicchio.
Denomination: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw-yellow coat embellished with light golden textures.
The aroma is delicate and of good quality. The floral notes contrast with evident hints of ripe fruit, a nuance of honey and, in closing, a note of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh, with a good balance between the various components. Good aromatic taste persistence that gives the taster pleasantness and a sip that is overall harmonious.
