Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright intense straw yellow coat, good consistency.
The nose is a riot of aromas. The floral notes are followed by intense hints of ripe fruit: apple, pear and yellow melon above all. The bouquet of aromas is completed by addictive notes of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub embellished with a delicate nuance of toasted almonds.
The sip is well balanced. Freshness and flavor give pleasantness and elegance, supported by a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and mineral hints.
