Tasting Notes
Its olfactory range is very broad, rich and very intense.
It opens with delicate floral scents, followed by a triumph of ripe red fruits where notes of cherry and plum stand out. The bouquet of enveloping aromas is completed by hints of spices, sweet tobacco and a balsamic nuance and, in closing, you perceive an effluvium of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a note of pepper. An olfactory profile that strikes for its pleasantness.
It is in the mouth that you find confirmation of what you perceive by smell. The sip is harmonious, with perfectly integrated tannins that give a pleasant roundness. Freshness and acidity give vivacity and elegance, supported by an infinite olfactory taste persistence with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic hints.
A sample with great aging potential will find its perfection only in a few years, with further refinement in the bottle.
