Wine: Ben Ryé
Variety composition: 100% Zibibbo.
Denomination: Passito di Pantelleria D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 12° – 14° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, golden yellow in color with amber reflections, consistent.
The nose is a riot of aromas: from hints of ripe fruit such as dried apricot, yellow peach and candied orange, to tropical fruit, but also hints of marzipan, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a delicate nuance of saltiness in the finish.
The sip is enveloping, rich, opulent. Perfectly balanced in its components, it finds confirmation in the mouth as perceived by the nose. Sweetness and flavor give an elegant sip with a long persistence aromatic taste of ripe fruit and aromatic puffs.
An iconic wine, which tells the company style and the terroir of origin.
