Nussbaumer 2019 – Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color, good consistency.
The sample opens to the tasting with floral notes of fresh wild flowers, but also notes of lily and tiare, followed by an effluvium of hints of ripe yellow-fleshed fruits such as melon, grapefruit and apricot, but also notes of exotic fruit where mango and passion fruit stand out, notes of aromatic spices of cinnamon, saffron, cloves and white pepper. Nuances of honey and chamomile.
The sip is fresh and enveloping. Persistent with an aftertaste of fruit and spices, it offers pleasantness and elegance.
A wine that tells the story of the territory.

Nussbaumer 2020 – Tasting Notes
CrystaL-clear, with an intense straw yellow color embellished with golden textures, good consistency.
The nose opens with a kaleidoscope of intense aromas and fine quality. Notes of yellow and pink flowers are followed by enveloping notes of tropical fruit and typical notes of the varietal. The finish is of fine spices.
The sip is rich and enveloping. Elegant and fresh. A persistent aftertaste of fruit and spices remains in the mouth.
A wine that tells the company’s style and the terroir of origin.

Nussbaumer 2021 -Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-yellow with light golden textures, good consistency.
The nose is enveloping with aromas reminiscent of a basket of exotic fruit, notes of spices such as nutmeg, cloves. Hints of honey and chamomile flowers complete the examination.
The sip is elegant, freshness and flavor blend in unison, supported by a persistent aftertaste of lychee and mango. A real caress for the palate.

Nussbaumer 2022 – Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow coat with evident golden reflections, with good consistency.
The nose opens with an intense and very broad bouquet of aromas. It presents itself with very intense floral, fruity and spicy notes, of a unique pleasure and elegance.
It ranges from fresh flowers, from ripe to exotic fruit, delicate citrus notes intertwined with hints of spices such as ginger, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
The sip is perfectly balanced, with intense aroma and great freshness. The finish is persistent, deep and with good minerality.
A wine of great elegance that confirms its trend of winemaking excellence year after year.

Nussbaumer 2023 – Notes
Crystal-clear, it appears in all its brightness to the eye, with a golden yellow color and good consistency.
On the nose it is an effluvium of elegant and fine quality aromas. The floral notes that recall rose petals and orange blossoms are intertwined with addictive aromas of ripe tropical fruit embellished with delicate notes of spices such as: cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
The sip is an authentic caress for the palate. An enveloping, rich tasting experience, where freshness and acidity, supported by a spicy and mineral aftertaste, give pleasantness and elegance.
A tasting that I recommend.
