Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with very light golden textures, good consistency.
The nose opens with a wide bouquet of fine and very intense quality aromas. The floral notes reminiscent of white and yellow wild flowers are followed by intense aromas of yellow pulp fruit such as apricot and peach accompanied by hints of ripe tropical fruit. The varied olfactory range is completed by hints of spicy spices, aromas of fresh citrus fruits and a nuance of incense in the finish.
The sip is enveloping and rich. Freshness and flavor accompany us to a long and persistent mineral finish with fruity puffs and fine spices.
A wine that tells the production style of the company and the terroir of origin.
