Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby red color with light orange textures, good consistency.
The sample opens with floral notes reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, followed by hints of small dark berries, such as blackberry, raspberry, currant, nuances of ripe fruit almost in jam, spicy notes of vanilla, cardamom and tobacco ; roasted notes of freshly ground coffee and cocoa powder close.
In the mouth the sip is rich, intense and with an important but well-polished tannin. A perfectly balanced wine in all its parts.
It is recommended in combination with a roasted guinea fowl.
