Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is crystal clear, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, with a good consistency.
The olfactory bouquet is complex and particularly intense. Hints of yellow flowers, accompanied by notes of yellow-fleshed quince fruits and ripe pear, hints of citrus fruits reminiscent of lemon peel with a finish of sweet spices.
The taste is fresh and harmonious, with an almost perfect balance between the various components. The finish is long and persistent with a delicate aftertaste of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood risotto.
