Wine: Chardonnay
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Classification: Valle de Curicó (Chile).
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, straw yellow in color tending to golden, with a good consistency.
The sample on olfactory examination highlights floral, fruity and spicy scents. The range of perfumes opens with notes of yellow flowers, followed by hints of ripe tropical fruit such as mango, papaya, pineapple; closing with a nuance of vanilla.
The taste is fresh, well balanced, with a strong acid shoulder. Persistent and intense, it gives an aftertaste of sweet spices.
Recommended in combination with fish dishes, but also as an aperitif.
