Denomination: D.O. Penedès (Spain).
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, intense straw yellow color with very light greenish reflections, quite consistent.
The nose reveals a great freshness in the aromas, notes of white wild flowers, followed by hints of white fruit such as rennet apple, pear leg and a delicious shade of orange peel. Slightly herbaceous finish with a hint of freshly cut grass.
On the palate it is particularly fresh and pleasant to drink. Good balance between the various components, good persistence of fresh fruit with a citrus aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood salad.
