Tasting Notes
On the nose the sample is quite complex in the range of its perfumes. Notes of white flowers are accompanied by hints of white pulp fruit where a nuance of green apple prevails.
On the palate it is lively, thanks to its acidity it is a real pleasure for the palate, the fairly persistent finish gives a citrus aftertaste.
Thanks to its characteristics it goes, in my opinion, perfectly with an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh cheese. I also recommend it for a dinner with fish-based dishes, not particularly elaborate. Recommended for young wine lovers and lovers of organic products.
