Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a straw yellow coat with evident golden textures, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it offers a range of harmonious aromas, where important and addictive notes of ripe fruit emerge, with a yellow paste, reminiscent of papaya and mango.
The sip is perfectly balanced, warm, harmonious, with a good persistence of aromatic taste of exotic fruit and balsamic herbs.
