Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a straw yellow color tending towards gold, with a good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is a riot of floral and fruity scents, of good quality and quite intense. Notes of cherry and peach blossom intertwine with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apricot, melon and thigh pear. Closing with a very light note of bitter almond.
The sip is balanced, with a good acidity that invites you to take another sip. Quite persistent, it gives the palate a sensation of ripe fruit.
A wine to drink throughout the meal, or with a crudité-based appetizer of fish.
