Description: floral, fruity, herbaceous and mineral
Remarks: wine with hints of white flower bouquet such as jasmine and acacia, followed by fruity notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple, peach, but also a note of apricot. Notes of weeds reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub, moss and undergrowth. The closure is mineral of wet gravel, brackish and silica.
