Tasting Notes
Crystalline, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, of good consistency.
The olfactory examination gives fresh hints of white flowers, followed by fruity notes of rennet apple and apricot, with a delicate citrus nuance. The olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of Mediterranean scrub, marjoram and thyme.
In the mouth the sip is pleasant, fresh, mineral. Long persistence on the nose, with a spicy finish that invites you to take a new sip.
It is recommended in combination with spaghetti with clams.
