Wine: Albariño
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: D.O. Rías Baixas.
Grapes: 100% Albariño.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
In the glass the wine is crystal-clear, of a bright straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections, of good consistency.
The nose opens with notes of fresh white flowers, followed by an aroma of yellow-fleshed fruits such as apple and apricot and delicate notes of pastry.
The sip is very pleasant, savory, with a not particularly important acid shoulder, but still worth noting. The finish is long and with a citrus aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood risotto.
