Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color, with greenish yellow nuances, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination the sample shows intense hints of white flowers, followed by fruity notes of plum and apple, aromas of toasted hazelnuts, bread crust and vanilla.
The taste is very fresh, pleasant and perfectly balanced. Good structure, the taste is intense and pleasant, a finish of citrus notes and toasted hazelnuts remains. Delicate nuance of vanilla.
It is recommended throughout the meal with fish-based dishes.
