Wine: Honoro Vera Monastrell
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: D.O. Jumilla (Spain).
Grapes: 100% Monastrell.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Clear, almost impenetrable intense ruby red, with good consistency.
On the nose floral hints of red rose and geranium, followed by hints of ripe red berry fruit reminiscent of blueberry and durone cherry. Notes of sweet spices close the range of perfumes.
The sip is particularly pleasant, with a slightly aggressive and not perfectly smooth tannin, moderately unbalanced on the hard parts, requiring a longer period of aging in the bottle. Overall, however, of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with braised meat.
