Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color with evident purplish textures, consistent.
On the olfactory examination there is an immediate scent of ripe fruit, almost a jam, with a dark berry. Moderately floral, but with evident aromas of sweet spices and licorice. A pleasant sensation of fruit in jelly remains in the nose.
The sip is quite balanced, with a discreet tannic texture and a marked sensation of freshness. The persistence is good, reminiscent of a licorice root.
An everyday wine, of undoubted value, suitable for the whole meal. Recommended with meat dishes, but also usable as a “companion” for a conversation between friends.
