Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination the sample is crystal-clear, of an intense straw yellow color with evident golden reflections, consistent.
The nose is floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Opening with hints of yellow flowers such as mimosa, rose and narcissus. Followed by hints of ripe yellow fruit such as peach and pineapple, light aromas of tropical fruit. Spices of vanilla and toasted almond finish.
The sip is fresh, important, harmonious. Good taste olfactory persistence reminiscent of a ripe fruit. A sensation of softness remains with every sip.
It is recommended in combination with structured fish dishes.
