Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, intense cherry pink color, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in the range of its scents: floral and fruity. Notes of fresh flowers reminiscent of peony and rose, followed by hints of red berries: such as morello cherry, currant and strawberry. Closing with citrus notes reminiscent of pink grapefruit and blood orange.
In the mouth it is fresh and very fruity. Good persistence on the nose with a delicate spicy finish of pink pepper. Freshness and acidity complete the examination and invite you to take a new sip.
Ideal as an aperitif and with dishes based on white meat cooked on the grill.
