Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, consistent.
The olfactory scents are complex and sweet. Aromas of honey, candied orange, dehydrated apricot and a nuance of licorice.
In the mouth the sample is well balanced thanks also to a good acidity. The sip is full-bodied, accompanied by an important residual sugar. Good persistence of taste olfactory of candied fruit.
Tried in combination with a Neapolitan pastiera.
