Wine: Perricone Core
Variety composition: 100% Perricone.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol..
Vintage: 2018.
Denomination: Sicilia D.O.C..
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with slight purplish textures, consistent.
On the nose it shows a fairly complex, intense and fine quality range of aromas. Floral notes reminiscent of rose and lily, followed by addictive aromas of small red berries such as blackberry, blueberry and strawberry. Spicy finish with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Sample with a soft and round taste, well balanced the various components (tannicity and flavor). Good taste olfactory persistence reminiscent of a ripe fruit.
It is advisable to open the bottle at least 30 minutes before serving.
It is recommended in combination with stewed meat dishes.
