Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident golden textures, of good consistency.
On the nose it gives intense aromas and a variegated bouquet. Hints of white flowers such as hibiscus and lily of the valley, followed by notes of white and yellow-fleshed fruit such as pear and apricot. In the finish, hints of fresh almonds and a saline nuance are perceived.
The sip is fresh. The balance between the hard and soft parts is good, with a good persistence of the aromatic taste of citrus and iodine.
Tried in combination with linguine with clams.
