Wine: Arpago
Grapes: 100% Primitivo.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: Primitivo Puglia I.G.P..
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with light purplish textures, consistent.
The nose shows a fairly wide and well defined olfactory range. Notes of slightly withered red flowers, are accompanied by notes of red berry fruits reminiscent of blueberry, currant and blackberry, a nuance of cherry in alcohol is also highlighted, closing a very light balsamic note.
The sip is important, with a good tannic texture, well defined overall. Overall well balanced in its components, it gives a good persistence of aromatic taste reminiscent of dried plum. Good value for money.
Tried in combination with pork shank with aromatic herbs cooked in the oven.
