Wine: Tűzkő Sauvignon Blanc
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vinification: the harvested grapes are immediately transferred to the cellar where the bunches are carefully selected, de-stemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature below 16 ° for 12/14 days. The wine is aged in steel for a few months before being bottled.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.
Crystal- clear, with an elegant, bright straw yellow color with golden textures, with a good consistency.
The nose shows a wide range of hints. Both pre with notes of white flowers reminiscent of jasmine and elderflower, accompanied by fruity notes of green apple, kiwi and thigh pear, all embellished with vegetal notes with a nuance of green pepper at the end.
The sip is particularly fresh, the typical scents of the grape are highlighted. The drink is pleasant, clean, with a good persistence and an aftertaste reminiscent of a slightly macerated fruit.
Tried in combination with an appetizer of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
