Wine: Riesling
Grapes: 100% Riesling.
Alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: Trocken Qualitätswein Rheinhessen.
Serving temperature: 12° C.

Tasting Notes
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with very light golden textures, with a good crystalline structure.
On the nose the range of its aromas is quite complex, intense and of fine quality. It opens with notes of white and yellow flowers, accompanied by persuasive fruit aromas reminiscent of fresh tropical fruits, at the end with a nuance of aromatic herbs.
The sip is particularly fresh and pleasant, well balanced and quite persistent with an aftertaste of papaya and mango.
Tried in combination with spaghetti with seafood.
