Wine: Il Müsaico
Varietal: 70% Dolcetto, 30% Barbera.
Denomination: Portofino Rosso D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Serving temperature: 13°-14° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color, with very light purplish hints, consistent.
The nose is an effluvium of perfumes. Floral notes, followed by hints of dark berry fruits, but also hints of aromatic herbs and notes of spices such as vanilla, black pepper and nuances of licorice.
The sip is pleasant, with a moderate tannic texture, balanced and with a good persistence.
Tried in combination with pork loin with prunes.
A versatile wine, with character, which knows how to reconcile young winelovers and certified tasters.
