Tasting Notes
Slightly opaque, but it is not a defect, the sample is not filtered, with a vivid pink color, almost salmon, with a good consistency.
The nose offers a fairly complex range of aromas: floral and fruity. It opens with notes of slightly withered red flowers, but here it is the fruity scents that emerge with intensity: red-fleshed fruits such as currants, blackberries and wild strawberries.
The sip is very pleasant, an aftertaste of fresh fruit dominates despite its not young age, and overall it is well balanced in its components.
A quality natural wine, which pleasantly met my taste. An ideal sample for a convivial moment, to be fully appreciated for its elegance.
