Bonarda 2019 – Alamos

Bonarda 2019 - Alamos
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Bonarda
Varietal: 100% Bonarda.
Denomination: D.O. Mendoza.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 14°-16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, purplish-red in colour, with good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination, the sample offers a large, intense and fine quality bouquet. Notes of dried red flowers, accompanied by hints of ripe red pulp fruit, complete with notes of sweet spices and a delicate nuance of anise.
The sip is opulent, important, with structure. The tannic texture is interesting, well smoothed and velvety: a real pleasure for the palate.
A wine to try with traditional meat dishes.
