Wine: Valpolicella Classico
Variety composition: 70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella.
Denomination: Valpolicella D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright garnet red colour, of good consistency.
The nose is a riot of fruity notes: hints of small dark berries intertwine with notes of hard cherry. There are hints of sweet spices, but also notes of graphite and aromas of powdered chocolate. Closing with a nuance of sweet tobacco.
The sip is warm, medium-bodied with non-invasive, almost velvety tannins. Sample of extraordinary freshness and good persistence on the olfactory taste where the ripe fruit and a delicate spicy note prevail.
An elegant wine for the whole meal, with good value for money. A pleasant discovery.
