Tasting Notes
Crystal- clear, salmon pink color, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination it opens with a fairly varied bouquet of perfumes. Notes of cherry blossoms and hints of small red berries, aromas of strawberries and currants. Delicate mineral note on the finish.
On the nose the sip is fresh, the acidity is good which invites, thanks to the great freshness, to a new sip. In the mouth there is a fairly persistent hint of fresh fruit.
Ideal sample for a young audience and for informal moments.
