Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow color, with evident golden reflections, consistent.
On the nose a sample of great pleasure and with a range of intense and fine quality aromas. Hints of withered yellow flowers stand out, associated with notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit in combination with hints of herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, closing with delicate citrus notes and a nuance of vanilla in the finish.
The sip is fresh, dry, well balanced, a pleasure for the palate. A note of ripe fruit with a hint of citrus remains in the mouth.
A sample to combine with grilled fish.
