Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination, in the glass, the crystalline sample, of an intense straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections, of good consistency.
The nose offers a bouquet of intense and fine quality aromas. Notes of fresh flowers are associated with hints of freshly picked fruit such as citrus where notes of lemon, citron and lime stand out. Mineral nuances close the exam.
On the palate there are hints highlighted on the nose and a good olfactory taste persistence of aromatic herbs. Well balanced sample in its components.
Wine that goes perfectly with elaborate fish dishes.
