Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, bright cherry pink in colour, good consistency.
Sample with a fairly complex bouquet of floral and fruity notes. It opens with notes of fresh red flowers, associated with aromas of small red berried berries such as currant and blackberry, hints of hard cherry and black cherry in alcohol.
The sip is soft and fresh. The balance between the various components is good, its important acidity enhances its freshness by inviting you to take another sip.
Ideal for an aperitif based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
