Wine: Carta Nevada Brut
Variety composition: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.
Denomination: D.O. Cava.
Alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: n.d..
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow color with evident golden reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, the range of aromas is quite complex: floral and fruity. Notes of fresh white flowers, associated with addictive hints of white and yellow pulp fruit, such as pear, apple and peach. Closing with a delicate nuance of fresh citrus fruits.
The sip is pleasant, fresh, well balanced and with a discreet persistence of aromatic taste of fresh fruit and notes of aromatic herbs.
Freshness and acidity invite you to repeat the sip.
Tried with fried fish.
